Bullhead Rail

Not Flat-bottom, removed from older infrastructure, i.e. Kenya Railways Our Scrap Metal is generated from the steel track we recover that is no longer suitable for running trains on.

We have an array of commodities from rail and sleepers, to smalls such as pandrol clips, bolts and screws. We also have cast metal including fishplates, baseplates and sleeper chairs.

Cast Rail

Material that has been cast (i.e. sleeper chairs) Clean Contaminated (Broken with Clips) Mixed Fishplates Our Scrap Metal is generated from the steel track we recover that is no longer suitable for running trains on.

We have an array of commodities from rail and sleepers, to smalls such as pandrol clips, bolts and screws. We also have cast metal including fishplates, baseplates and sleeper chairs.

Conductor Rail

Conductor rail insulator is used between conductor rail and ground to prevent electric leakage of conductor rail.
Together with other supporting components, the conductor rail support system is formed.

Conductive rail insulators are made of thermosetting fiberglass reinforced plastics commonly used in railway systems with good insulation effect.
The supporting structure components are made of prefabricated cast steel

Mixed Scrap

Material that does not fall into other categories; Mixture of metals Ad Hoc Material that does not fall into other categories; Specific items of metal. Rebar Steel rods, machine removed from concrete sleepers Switches and Crossings Available in manganese

RAIL GAUGE ROD

A rail gauge tie rod, sometimes called gauge tie bar, gauge draw bar, is always used to prevent rails from spreading or tilting, to stabilize the rails in certain distance.

SCREW SPIKE

Such spikes are always fastened into holes bored into the tie sleeper, sometimes together with imbedded plastic dowels, popularly used for rails with wooden sleepers, especially in America and Canada.

For types of sleeper screws, Ss series are the top hot sales, with various sizes available. In addition, square head screw spike, hexagon screw spike, double head screw spike, dog screw, timber screw, and others.

SS25, SS35, SS36 Sleeper screw

Rail Clips

Rail elastic clip is used to fasten the rails to the underlying base plate together with the concrete sleeper.
Usually rail clips are made of forged spring steel which is produced by hot forging process.

Because of the uniform microstructure of forged clips, it is considered to be better than other metal forming process.

Production Processes of Elastic Rail Clips:
Rail clip processing procedures includes:

Raw material purchasing
Shearing
Heating to forging temperature
Forming
Hardening
Tempering
Surface treatment
Inspection-Packing
To produce rail clips usually use spring steel bar as the raw materials, before heating,
raw materials must be sheared according to the length required.

Then they are heated to 950℃ to 1000℃, next works transfer the heated bar to power press for forging,
in accordance with drawing three sets of dies and fixtures are kept before hammering
